Fenglu has introduced an astounding collection of the world’s most advanced machines used to produce and test our wide range of aluminum profiles. We own and operate a complete system available for the research, development and production of all the industrial profiles, decorative profiles, plus the exceptional-grade door and window systems. Our yearly production capacity has reached nearly 600,000 tons.
In 2013 Fenglu exhibited a strong commitment to the business with a large investment in extrusion lines with capacities ranging from 10000T, 7500T and 5000T; large-sized aluminum bar oil-lubricated ultrasonic casting line; ultra-large cross section mold design and processing equipment; high-precision further processing line and other types of machinery. These advanced facilities have been put into production in succession and are the backbone of our production machinery collection.
Famed for the largest production capacity in Asia, Fenglu’s fully-automated vertical type oxidation and electrophoresis equipment has officially come on-line. We have also introduced powder coating and fluorocarbon coating lines from countries like Italy, Switzerland and Britain. Additionally, we have utilized a full range of techniques, including 3D/4D, thermal transfer printing, relief carving and many others. These techniques are suitable for both indoor and outdoor wood grain effect finishing lines. Our surface treatment lines involve various processes, such as wire drawing, mechanical polishing, chemical polishing, dyeing and optimized electrophoresis, just to name a few.
Raw Material Workshop
Fenglu has introduced the world’s most advanced aluminum profile production facilities and test facilities. The research, development and production of industrial profiles, decorative materials as well as top-grade door and window systems have been integrated into our complete operating system. The annual production capacity has hit 600,000 tons.
10000T Extrusion Line
In 2013 Fenglu invested heavily in extrusion lines with capacities ranging from 10000T, 7500T and 5000T; large-sized aluminum bar oil-lubricated ultrasonic casting line; ultra-large cross section mold design and processing equipment; high-precision further processing line and other types of machinery. These cutting-edge facilities have been put into production in succession.
The 10000T extrusion line is testament to our proven manufacturing capability.
3D Powder Coating Workshop
The 3D automatic powder coating line we have introduced ensures excellent coating quality on the surface of our aluminum alloy product.
